We are a nonprofit organization created to help men with ADHD find community and acceptance by raising awareness about Men's struggle with ADHD and mental health. We are here to provide access to experts, tools, and strategies so that men can learn how to thrive with ADHD. Shane Thrapp is an ADHD Life and Relationship Coach and Neurodivergent Business Consultant who helps clients understand & manage ADHD and businesses develop accommodations for their neurodivergent employees. A former business leader turned coach, he has dedicated himself to teaching others about ADHD & neurodiversity. Through this and other business ventures, he has helped hundreds of clients and companies navigate the chaos and find order in their lives and businesses.
